Hi, I’m Bill and Seaside Coaching is the name of my practice

I worked extensively as a consultant, coach, designer and trainer in the corporate sector prior to starting Seaside Coaching. I’ve collaborated with business clients and individuals, ranging from university students to C-Suite executives, helping them to grow their skills and discover alternative ways of thinking, working and living.

My corporate career journey included roles in consultancy and management, but when I trained in Agile coaching and Design Thinking it changed my mindset - I became more curious about people and began to question how - and why! - we did what we did. I was determined to figure out how we get the most out of life, regardless of individual circumstances. Coaching taught me that everyone is in the ‘people business’.
