Hi, my name is Bill Hughes, and Seaside Coaching is the name of my practice, based on the south coast of England.

I’m a certified coach and I worked extensively in the corporate sector prior to starting Seaside Coaching. In recent years I’ve trained and coached business clients and individuals, ranging from university students to C-Suite executives, helping them to grow their ambitions and discover alternative ways of thinking, working and living.

My career journey has included many diverse roles in business, but when I trained to be a coach it changed my way of thinking about most things. I became more curious about people; I began to question how - and why - we worked; I wanted to figure out how to get the most out of our lives, regardless of our individual circumstances. Coaching taught me that we’re all in the ‘people business’, regardless of whether we work or not, that failure can be a step in the right direction and that although success is transitory and fragile, our lives can be more than we often imagine. The ‘North Star’ of my coaching is to be ambitious for the person in whatever direction they want to travel and to help them discover what they can achieve.
