Hi, my name is Bill Hughes, and Seaside Coaching is the name of my practice, based on the south coast of England.

I’m a certified coach who has worked extensively in the corporate sector prior to starting Seaside Coaching. In recent years I’ve trained and coached business clients and individuals, ranging from university students to C-Suite executives, helping them to grow their ambitions and discover alternative ways of thinking, working and living.

My career journey has included many roles in business, but when I trained to be a coach it changed my way of thinking about most things. I became more curious about people; I began to question how - and why - we worked; I wanted to figure out how to get the most out of our lives, regardless of our individual circumstances. Coaching taught me that everyone’s in the ‘people business’, that failure can be a step in the right direction and that although success is transitory and fragile, our lives are much more than we imagine.
