Seaside Coaching works with schools and higher education organisations to help pupils and students develop as people - not just in their future workplace but as well-rounded, happy individuals thriving within a modern and diverse society.

We also work with the arts sector to help support arts organisations and their leaders, be that individual coaching and mentoring, or team coaching and design at an organisational level.
